Platnium Maintenance
Regular maintenance visits of equipment with added priority service, remote dial-in and phone support for critical equipment needing 1 – 4 hour onsite service 24/7.
Gold Maintenance
Yearly maintenance visits of most equipment with optional additional visits. Priority service during normal hours with access to out-of-hours service and phone support.
Silver Maintenance
No programmed maintenance but optional visits available as requested. Normal hours servicing but no requirement for out-of-hours servicing.
